1. Services

Jameel Spaces provides digital services including website design and development, mobile applications, CRM and ERP software, domains, hosting, business email, design, digital marketing, maintenance and related support. The exact scope, deliverables and price for a project are confirmed in the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice or order.

2. Quotations & Payments

Prices are quoted in the currency shown on the quotation or invoice. Work may require an advance payment before commencement. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately. Third-party fees such as domain registration, hosting, software subscriptions, advertising spend or payment gateway fees may be charged separately where applicable.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, approvals and access reasonably required to complete the work. Project timelines may change when required information or approvals are delayed.

4. Domains, Hosting & Third-Party Services

Domain names, hosting, email, APIs and other third-party services may be subject to provider rules, availability and renewal charges. Jameel Spaces cannot guarantee permanent availability of a requested domain name until registration is successfully completed.

5. Website, Software & App Projects

Project functionality is based on the agreed scope. Changes requested after approval or completion may require additional time and cost. Browser, device, operating-system and third-party platform changes can occasionally require future maintenance.

6. Digital Marketing

Marketing, SEO and advertising services are provided on a best-effort basis. Search rankings, enquiries, sales and advertising results depend on many external factors and cannot be guaranteed.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to the final custom deliverables described in the project agreement, excluding third-party software, licensed assets, frameworks, fonts, plugins and reusable development components that remain subject to their own licences.

8. Support & Maintenance

Support included with a project is limited to the period and scope stated in the quotation or service plan. Ongoing maintenance, updates, hosting, renewals or feature development may require an active plan or separate quotation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jameel Spaces is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party outages, account suspensions caused by external providers, loss caused by client-supplied credentials or content, or events outside reasonable control.
